CBD, short for cannabidiol, was discovered in 1940 and is one of more than 100 identified phytocannabinoids (cannabinoids for short) found in the cannabis sativa plant. There are basically two classifications of cannabis sativa. For the purposes of this article, we'll refer to one as hemp and the other as marijuana. The main difference between these two plants, aside from their looks, is that the marijuana plant contains significantly higher levels of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive cannabinoid that gets you high. Some strains of marijuana have been tested with more than 30% THC, while hemp typically contains less than 1%. The law states that hemp cannot contain more than 0.2% THC.

The CBD molecule (cannabidiol) itself is identical, regardless of whether it is obtained from hemp or marijuana. When purchasing CBD products, the most common terms you see on the packaging are CBD isolate, full spectrum CBD, and broad spectrum CBD.

Order and payment

The easiest way is to order directly in our online shop. To do this, select the desired product and click on the button: "Add to shopping cart" to put it in the virtual shopping cart. Any number of products can do this. The number can also be adjusted directly in the shopping cart. To complete your purchase, please simply click the shopping cart symbol at the top right. When you click on the checkout button, the payment process is initiated. Please follow the instructions, submit your personal data and choose your payment option.

You can of course also order without creating a customer account with advantages. To do this, simply register as a guest and proceed as usual. The advantages of a customer account are: easy management of orders, easy reordering without entering the customer data again, quick information on new products (if desired via newsletter).

Voucher codes are redeemed directly in the payment process. Have the relevant code ready.

You can change your order directly in the shopping cart or in your customer account. If you want to change your order after a confirmed payment, please contact us using our contact form. We will help you as much as possible.

You can choose from a variety of payment options during the checkout process. Some are e.g. Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, prepayment by bank transfer or credit card.

You can also pay for your order in installments. Please select your preferred provider during the payment process.

Payment on account is possible with the help of our payment provider. Please select the purchase on account in the payment process.

Delivery and Shipping

Normally your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days (within Germany) delivered. When your order has left our warehouse, the shipment can be tracked using a tracking number. You will receive the number by email. This means that you can find out about the progress of your delivery at any time.

We deliver free of charge from an order value of 50 € within Germany, otherwise shipping costs only € 4.90. For deliveries to other countries, we calculate the respective tariff using our shipping cost table.

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and sent to the specified delivery address. We cooperate with several shipping service providers and inform you by email with which partner we are sending your order. If we find that the product you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you immediately and look for an alternative product for you.

Please read our cancellation policy. In principle, we only take back unopened and undamaged products. Please contact us and request a return shipping label.
