DAILY DOSE AND RECOMMENDATION:
4 drops (vitamin D3 800 IU)
The drops can be dosed in the ideal ratio:
1 drop: 200 IU vitamin D3
2 drops: 400 IU vitamin D3
Drop the selected daily dose directly into the mouth or dissolve in some liquid. Can be taken independently of meals. For best bioavailability, take the drops with fatty meals and preferably by early afternoon. We recommend lunch until the early afternoon as the time to take it.
