INGREDIENTS:
L-tryptophan, inositol, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegan capsule shell), hemp powder, hop extract, valerian extract, lavender extract, melatonin.
The capsule shells are of plant origin and contain the thickening agent HPMC (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). They are vegan and water-soluble and can therefore be digested particularly easily and well.
